All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than defective merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

To report a defective item, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defective item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery will result in your claim being denied.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit equal to the purchase amount

We do not issue monetary refunds to the original form of payment.
